Cybergrants has significantly streamlined the grantmaking process because organizations are required to complete all questions in order for their application to be submitted for review. In addition, Cybergrants has made the “filtering” process considerably easier because only qualified nonprofits are allowed to submit an application.
We are very happy with how the implementation of the CyberGrants System was handled. The team assigned to ITW has done a fabulous job, and has gone above and beyond with helping us to get this up and running. Their knowledge and expertise has benefited us in many situations. Their readiness to help guide us through the new processes has been instrumental for our success with the system so far.
