Title: Client Service Support Specialist

Overview

The Client Service Support Specialist is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate completion of incoming support requests received from our client base and their constituents. Responding to support requests will be in the form of emails crafted by the Support Specialist, as well as verbal communications with request originators. As a result, strong written and verbal communications skills are essential to be successful in this position. This individual will liaise with internal business partners to determine/gather client specific information related to their programs and utilize this information to appropriately respond to client inquiries. The incumbent is also responsible for actively managing/updating tickets for which they’ve been assigned in our ticketing system. Special projects will be assigned to the Support Specialist by the Client Service Support Manager as appropriate.
