Title: Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for effectively managing relationships for one or more Premier Market clients The TAM is considered to be a senior member of the CyberGrants staff and therefore is expected to provide leadership to less senior staff members and serve as a role model. The TAM plays a role in defining company policies, procedures, and the strategic direction of our product offering. As such, the TAM serves as an advocate for CyberGrants.

The TAM possesses a deep understanding of the capabilities of the CyberGrants service/software offerings and will work closely with clients to define and document business requirements/specifications that are clear and comprehensive. The TAM collaborates with the technical services delivery group when implementing client customization requests.

The Technical Account Manager is also responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of all operational issues and client commitments. This includes, but is not limited to check processing, phone support, email support, client mailings, and product functionality requests. The TAM may be assigned one or more Account Coordinators to assist in managing operational functions for his/her Premier client(s). In this case, the TAM is responsible for training assigned ACs to ensure task execution is timely and accurate.
