To access the application, organizations that have previously registered may enter log in credentials below.

If your organization has never submitted a funding application to Citizens Bank, please register your organization in our database.

If your organization has previously submitted a funding application to Citizens Bank but you need to create a new login, please email community@citizensbank.com and an administrator will contact you within 48-72 hours to create your login and connect it with the existing organization record in our system.
