RETIRED EMPLOYEES, RETIRED AGENTS, AND RETIRED BOARD MEMBERS
Effective January 1, 2023, retirees will no longer be eligible for the Matching Gift and Good Neighbor Grant Programs.
You can submit requests for donations and volunteer hours completed in 2022 until January 31, 2023. Donations and volunteer hours completed in 2023 or later will not be eligible. For questions about your 2022 match or volunteer grant requests, email statefarmsupport@cybergrants.com or call 1-877-369-0872 M-F, 8am - 8pm EST.
First-time users:
- Retired employees enter your Associate ID. Retired agents enter the letter A and your state-agent code.
- Password: Enter birth month, birth date, and last four digits of your Social Security Number (e.g., 12161234).
- Create new password
NOTE: Passwords expire every 90 days. If you do not know your Associate ID, contact the HRSS 1-877-272-1999.
