Your temporary password is as follows:

Capitalized first letter of your last name
Your birthdate (in MMDD format)
Your Hire Year at J&J (YYYY) Note: If you have an adjusted start date due to a break in service, please use your ORIGINAL hire year.

Example: If your last name is Smith, and your birthdate is July 31, and you were hired in 1980, your temporary password is: S07311980.
