Welcome and thank you for considering the Toshiba America Foundation as a potential partner in your innovative project for teaching STEM subjects. At TAF, we hope to help creative classroom teachers implement innovative ways of teaching. We want to fund such teachers and their projects. With that as our objective, and because we cannot take the place of schools or districts in providing classrooms, labs, and basic equipment, there are things we cannot and do not fund.
- Please do not request funding for any of the following;

General operations
Capital projects
Endowments
Conferences
Fund raising events or similar activities
Religious or political projects
Individuals
Summer projects
Club activities
After school programs
Salaries
Facility maintenance
Textbooks
Audio-visual equipment (e.g. electronic white boards/smart boards, document projectors, student response systems) and education research
Computer hardware (including laptops, desktop computers, and tablets) or microscopes
